IMPORTANT NOTES:

Local transfers from pick-up and drop-off points for Airport transfers & SIC tours.  SIC Airport transfers and SIC Tours are available only from selected points. Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge on SIC Tours, but will not be provided with bus seats. But will be charged for other services. On certain days when the tours start early, clients may have to have breakfast on their own. Some hotels do not offer packed breakfast. No refunds will be provided in such cases. SIC Airport transfers are available from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm. If flights are departing or arriving beyond these timings, clients will have to opt for private transfers or make their own arrangements to reach the airport. If the minimum number of participants is not met before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be cancelled and a refund will be provided for the same. We recommend couriering luggage between cities as trains may not have space to store luggage. Clients can contact the hotel's front desk for this service. Please carry only 1 medium size suitcase per person as the vehicles will generally not be able to accommodate any extra luggage. Mandatory Accommodation Taxes are collected by the property directly from the clients as below:

PAYMENT POLICY

30% of the tour cost to be paid as Advance deposit within 3 working days once the tour is confirmed.

100% Payment must be made 45 days before departure.

CHILD POLICY

12 years and above: Full cost as an Adult

From 6 Years to 11 years and 11 Months: Tour cost + 80% of the Hotel cost

From 3 years to 5 years 11 months: 30% of the Total cost - No bed, No separate seat on Tours and trains & No meals

Below 3 years: No seats, meals and extra bed

Age calculated based on the entry date in Japan.

TOURDAYS LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour or service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments, museums, Taxes, fuel cost, guide charges by competent authorities or syndicate, the same would be charged as extra and the customers are advise to pay accordingly directly on the spot. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. if any extra charges arise due to these factors guests have to pay those charges directly or to Us in case if those special arrangements are made by Us, immediately or to the person / firm we suggest at that time.
