at Kuala Lumpur Airport, Meet our

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
Cancellation within 30 days of service 90% of
package price will be refunded. After 30 days to 15 days 25% of the package
price will be refunded. After 15 days to 10 days 10% of the package price will
be refunded. After 10 days and for NO-SHOW there will be no refund. Travel during peak season from15th Dec to 15
Jan and 15th Feb 2023 to 30 March 2023, 30 Days advance payment in full required to
confirm tour. Cancellation attracts full retention

transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages,
epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other
causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the
expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. if
any extra charges arise due to these factors guests have to pay those charges
directly or to Us in case if those special arrangements are made by Us,
